Alice House benefits from a garden, open plan living, en-suites and a recreational/sensory room. Our highly trained manager and support workers, have a wealth of knowledge and experience, to provide comprehensive care for a range of mental health needs. We strive to create a safe and secure environment where residents can thrive and engage in a variety of day-to-day activities. Alice House is situated in a quiet location with local amenities within walking distance.
We are a CQC Residential Care service ages 16-24 years only. We specialise in transition to adulthood, whilst meeting the Mental Health needs of the individual.
All staff are trained to support the young people using a therapeutic approach. All staff are trained in PACE and Safety interventions to an enhanced level which has a significant focus on positive behaviour support and the theory behind interventions.
The senior management team include Registered Mental Health nurses, DBT therapists and EMDR therapist who work with the staff and train them to work in a therapeutic way. Bespoke training is delivered to the team tailored to the individual needs of the young person. All staff receive face to face training in observation and engagement.
